WASUP has been trying with the help from other League Organizers from across the country, to improve the NFL age groups to better suite and meet the needs of the kids participating in the NFL Program. So we are proud to announce the new age brackets for NFL/USA Flag Football.

9-10 co-ed, 11-12 co-ed, 13-14 boys, and 13-14 girls.
